The
New Lenox Rebels 12U Traveling All-Star Team
took second place in the 2010 Lockport
All-Star Tournament held July 16 - 19th.

The New Lenox Rebels 9U Traveling All-Star
Team won the the 2010 Frankfort Baseball
Summer Sizzle Tournament. They defeated the
Dyer Bandits 9-6 in the championship game
held on July 13th. Players

8 year old Rebels Traveling All-Stars took
second place in the 13 team Homer Summer

Starting with the fall 2010 Season the NLBA will be adhering to a strict birthday cutoff rule with no ‘play-ups’ allowed.

It’s with the deepest sympathy we pass our condolences along to the Niemeier family. Their son Chase, 11, was tragically killed in an accident at their home. Chase was a member of the World Series Champions Bronco Phillies this past season and had been playing in the league since he was 5. I know from coaching Chase in the Pinto division that he was a terrific young boy and came from a wonderful family! Please keep Chase, his parents and his younger sister and brother in your prayers.
